Grainger is a mixed-use development occupying a full city block on King Street East in ‘Old York’ – just a few blocks east of Toronto’s Financial District.

The community will serve as a world-class example of thoughtful urban design promoting a vibrant, pedestrian-first environment while preserving the rich heritage components of Old Town York. The community will feature two Class-A purpose-built rental towers, brick-and-beam office space within the existing heritage buildings, retail, and a new 5,000 sq. ft. public park.

Grainger’s architectural and interior design will be inspired by old-world influences and complimented by modern touches.

The community will feature a preeminent amenity package and residents will benefit from direct access to both the King Street and Sherbourne Street streetcars.
