The Temple is Fitzrovia’s official Hammer Strength® Training Facility, designed by Matt Nichol, a strength and conditioning coach who has trained the Toronto Maple Leafs and Hamilton Tiger-Cats for over 20 years.

The Temple also offers a dedicated yoga sanctuary and spin studio, a Greenhouse vending machine with fresh cold-pressed juices and kombuchas, and Fitness on Demand™ virtual fitness training, featuring an abundance of natural light and spectacular views across the city.
