Adrian Rocca has over 15 years of real estate and principal investing experience with over $15 billion of transactions across Canada, the US and Europe. Previously, Adrian served as the Head of Tricon Luxury Residences Canada (Tricon Capital’s purpose-built apartment platform) and Tricon Lifestyle Communities (US focused manufactured housing business). Prior to joining Tricon, Adrian was a Director with Apollo Real Estate Advisors in London, U.K., and worked with Credit Suisse First Boston as an M&A associate in Toronto and London.
As Vice President General Counsel, Andrejs is involved in acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, transaction execution, corporate strategy and financings for all Fitzrovia projects. Prior to joining Fitzrovia, Andrejs was a partner at leading Canadian law firm, McCarthy Tétrault LLP, in the real estate group.
Bahar brings nearly twenty years of industry experience to Fitzrovia. She has led retail, residential, and hospitality projects internationally and across the GTA. Previously, Bahar worked at Figure3 - a leading Canadian interior design firm, and RZLBD, a boutique architecture studio. Her work has been featured in The Globe and Mail, Azure, and Canadian Interiors magazine. Bahar holds a BA in design from the Faculty of Art and Architecture at Tehran University.
Corey brings eight years of real estate investment and capital markets experience. Prior to joining Fitzrovia, Corey spent four years working in New York at Square Mile Capital, where he completed over 3 billion of commercial real estate transactions across the United States. Corey also spent two years working at Greenhill & Co. as an investment banker focused on mergers and acquisitions. Corey graduated as an Ivey Scholar with an HBA from the Ivey Business School.
Prior to joining Fitzrovia, David was head of Reinbold Engineering’s Toronto office. David has 14 years of engineering experience in the residential and commercial sectors where he was the lead mechanical engineer on the following notable projects: Mirvish Village, 19 Duncan and the Sherman Campus JCC. David brings with him deep technical knowledge on sustainable building design and energy management.
Eithar brings over six years of professional High-rise construction experience to Fitzrovia, with a specialty in Building Information Modeling (BIM). Before joining Fitzrovia, Eithar was responsible for the setup and implementation of construction technology solutions, workflows, and approaches across Tucker HiRise. Eithar managed and led the VDC/BIM team by providing digital construction services during the construction phases of notable projects including Yonge & Rich, Nobu, 48 Power, 8 Cumberland, and 357 King.
Mark is responsible for leading the planning and execution of all aspects of project construction. With over 17 years of experience in the construction industry with Tridel and Cresford, Mark has successfully executed a number of mid and high-rise residential projects across the GTA. His scope of work includes managing key stakeholder relationships, managing a team of construction professionals, and driving project timelines and budgets.
Michelle joined Fitzrovia with 16 years of residential and commercial property management experience in the United States and Canada. Pinnacle appointed Michelle as the first employee of Rhapsody (Canada), successfully launching their third party property management platform in the Canadian market. Over her career, Michelle has managed all major asset classes including a portfolio of over 6,500 multi-family units.
Peter has over 20 years of construction management experience. After completing his Bachelor of Architecture from Ryerson University, Peter spent 11 years at Tridel in the construction division. Peter then joined Tucker HiRise where he served as Director of Construction and more recently as Vice-President of Construction Operations. Peter has led the construction of over 12 high-rise buildings during his career including notable projects such as One Bloor Street East and 48 Power condominiums.
Ryan brings over seven years of professional residential and commercial property management experience. Previously, Ryan worked for Rhapsody Property Management as a Regional Property Manager where he was responsible for their eastern portfolio of Class-A purpose built rental assets. Notable projects include VIA123, The Residences at Weston, Central Parc Laval, and The Montgomery.
Ryan graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction and a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture.
Stephen brings to Fitzrovia 15 years of development and operations experience in Canada and Europe. Prior to joining Fitzrovia, he was part of the Rhapsody team where he successfully launched and stabilized rental projects for RioCan, Choice Properties, and Woodbourne Capital, achieving top percentile rent in each submarket. Previously, Stephen developed and launched a number of hotel and retail assets for Adriatic Croatia International.
