Primrose Hill
King + SherbournePrimrose Hill is a two-tower rental community coming to Toronto’s Garden District. Award-winning architect, PARTISANS, takes a fresh approach with a colourful façade featuring curved corners, distinguished arches, and striking patterns. The towers are connected by a remarkable elevated green sky bridge that punctuates the project. This L-shaped bridge will provide residents with 1,540 square metres of outdoor amenity space overlooking the cityscape. Both ends of the bridge meet at indoor amenity spaces on the towers’ 16th floors.

The project reimagines traditional tower massing by prioritizing larger volumes near the top. This approach elevates the pedestrian experience and ground-level offerings by improving lighting conditions, increasing walkable space, and enhancing connectivity between the retail and at-grade amenities. Down at street level, the complex will offer new best-in-class retail and community spaces.
